Pack Your Items
Securely place the unwashed and unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags remain intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
